Are We Insured?

YES! Our priority is to keep everyone safe and we have taken the proper steps to do so. We are an insured and incorporated business and have our business license with our city. WE CARE about this business and its amazing clients who make this so rewarding.

Is a Deposit Required?

Yes, we require a 50% non- refundable deposit in order to reserve your date and time. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. We can not guarantee your time slot requested or equipment until the deposit is received. If you need to make changes or re-schedule we can do so within a year. Please just let us know no later than a week before the event if any changes need to be made.

Where Can the Bounce Houses Be Set Up?

We can set up our bounce houses and soft play playgrounds wherever there is flat ground. Asphalt, concrete, grass, and turf are great! We do not set up on dirt, rocks and/or gravel. We also set up indoors! Just be mindful of the dimensions listed in our product description, we give a rough estimate of surface area needed. If you are unsure, you can send us a picture and we can let you know if it works.

How Often Do You Clean & Sanitize Your Inventory?

Health and safety is our priority. We sanitize before and after all events.

Do You Need Power For Your Equipment?

YES, but only for the bounce houses and electric carousel. We usually need a three prong plug within 15 feet of the setup area. If no electrical plug is available, you can rent a generator at an additional cost.

What if the Equipment is Damaged During My Event?

We know accidents can happen. We’ll assess the damage and if damage is done due to a preventable circumstance or negligence of our rules, a repair or cleaning fee charge will be incurred. In order to conserve the safety and the integrity of our inflatables and soft play playgrounds, the following rules must be followed: no shoes, no food or drink, no silly string/confetti, no face paint, no glitter, no overcrowding and no rough housing/wrestling.

Can You Add Balloons to the Bounce House?

We do offer balloon service. Prices vary depending on size of garland.

 
 

Is There An Attendant During the Rental?

We do not offer attendant services at this time. You must provide adult supervision at all time.

 
 

What if it Rains?

Mother nature is unpredictable and rain and heavy winds happen! We do not set up if rain is predicted to preserve the integrity of our equipment and the safety of our patrons. Please note most items can be set up indoors, like living rooms, family rooms, sun rooms or the garage. Deposit may be refundable due to weather if we are notified of cancellation by 8pm the day before your event.
